On September 30, at Château Frontenac, François Chartier launched the first four of his new tailor-made and eminently digestible wines that he created specifically along the aromatic paths of the foods that are best paired with each of them.
For the sommelier and his trademark « Chartier Créateur d’harmonies », this expertly aged range of wines is the accomplishment of a lifetime.
It is also the result of his cutting-edge research exploring the science behind food and wine pairing which has been published in his best-selling book Taste buds and Molecules: The Art and Science of Food, Wine, and Flavor.
