The aim of this wine was to make a dry white wine, full of fragrance and refreshing acidity. This wine pairs perfectly with the fried food, fish and seafood on the menu of the Jerry Ferrer – Casse-croûte du Terroir restaurants.
ORIGIN/TERROIRS/ELABORATION
The indigenous grape varieties Grand Manseng and Colombard give this wine an exotic and expressive profile. It is a dry white wine from Southwest France, from the exceptional 2015 vintage. The wine comes from the Gers (Armagnac region), more precisely from an estate located in the heart of the very gastronomic and wine-producing Côtes-de-Gascogne appellation. It is there that François Chartier elaborated this expressive cru, together with the Fezas family, winemakers for five generations, and with oenologist Pascal Chatonnet.

COMMENTS
This dry white French wine, one of the three on Jerry Ferrer’s exclusive wine line, will seduce you with its “California” White Revolution-style profile, but without sugar! This wine is extra-dry, with aromas of passion fruit, papaya and lime.
