Since 1996, François Chartier has been publishing books to guide wine lovers through the world of wine and culinary pleasures with his famous Guides du vin and À table avec François Chartier. When he began his work on the aromatic affinities between ingredients, wines and other beverages in 2002, he never ceased to document his research, and then to share it with his public eager to discover his aromatic science through the publication of new books, such as the world best-seller Papilles et molécules (also available in English and in Spanish) or L’Essentiel de Chartier. Today, the “créateur d’harmonies” can be proud of his impressive bibliography, which includes nearly 30 titles (guides, books of popular science and recipe books), many of which have won prestigious awards and have revolutionized the world of food and wine pairing and are published around the world!
