For the first time in Spain, the gastronomic DNA of Guatemalan rums is revealed in a study conducted by Chartier World LAB.

In this lecture, we will learn how to use the science of molecular harmonies and knowledge to discover the best way to create dishes and cocktails that really highlight Guatemalan rum and food. We will delve into the aromatic profiles of rum (its true aromatic DNA) to better understand how they are constructed at the molecular level in order to reconstruct them into true gastronomic creations that result in new and innovative dishes.
