The final round of the GREAT CHEF CHALLENGE RIBERA DEL DUERO CHARTIER AND CACAO BARRY was held on Sunday, March 15, 2015, at the Salon International des Vins et Spiritueux de Québec. This contest was an occasion for 59 professional chefs from Québec to create a dish inspired by the aromas of Chartier’s Spanish red, the Ribera del Duero*, as well as by the fine chocolates of Cacao Barry’s Origin range**. The Grand Winner of this thrilling final judged by an exceptional jury was Jean-François Robillard/ex-chef at Hôtel-Spa Wattel, Sainte-Agathe, Guillaume Cantin/ex-chef at Les 400 coups, Montréal (2nd prize) and Giuseppe Saccheti/Cucina 753BT, chef at Boulangerie & Cie, Montréal (3rd prize).
