elBulli: Chartier’s Aromatic Science as a Food Map Helping to Inspire Ferran Adrià

François Chartier is a consultant in aromatic science, participating in the creation of recipes by some of the world’s most celebrated chefs who are inspired by his revolutionary science. Chartier is particularly proud of his work with Catalan chef Ferran Adrià between 2008 and 2010. The two worked together to develop more than 60 recipes for the chef’s famous restaurant elBulli, named Best Restaurant in the World five times in The World’s 50 Best.
